According to TMZ, Rose and 21 Savage were spotted leaving a concert at the Belasco Theater last night in LA. They then got in Savage's 2-seat red Ferrari.

Rose was last seen showing her bush off on social media while claiming she had "no time for penis."

Is she going to make an exception for Savage?
