One of hip-hop's golden couples is no more. On Monday, Amber Rose filed for divorce from her husband of one year Wiz Khalifa.

Rose, who came into prominence as Kanye West's girlfriend between 2008 and 2010, has asked for full custody of the couple's son Sebastian, although Khalifa would get visitation rights.

It was just last month that Rose posted the couple's wedding picture on Instagram, along with this message: “Today was the day we said our vows before God and our Family. I knew as soon as I met u, u were the one for me sweetheart. Happy 1 year anniversary mistercap and many more to come?”

Then, on August 29, Rose shared a video of her twerking with the caption "In honor of my Hubby's #1 Album #blacchollywood #AssDrop.

Either their relationship has has rapidly deteriorated since, or Rose was just trying to put a happy face on a bad situation.

Over the past week, there had been well-circulate rumors linking Rose romantically to Nick Cannon, who recently broke up with Mariah Carey and also just signed Rose to a management contract.

However the divorce doesn't mention infidelity and instead cites the catch-all "irreconcilable differences."

TMZ, which broke the story, also reports that sources close to the couple describe the split as "bitter."
