Prodigy, who died today at the age of 42, had his share of legal issues.

He was arrested twice in New York state on gun charges and ended up spending three years in prison for criminal possession of a weapon between 2007 and 2011.

One of the times the cops arrested Prodigy, they tried to get him to snitch on 50 Cent, and told him he could walk if he did. When he wouldn't, they tried to get him to set him up. But the Mobb Deep rapper wasn't having that either.
