You would have thought Ja Rule would have learned to pay his taxes after he spent a couple of years locked up for not paying his taxes.

Obviously, Ja learned nothing from the experience because he owes the government taxes on his royalties for the years 2005-2010 and 2012-2017 for a total sum of $3.1 million and has ignored the IRS's numerous attempts to collect.

Of course, 50 Cent was going to have something to say about that, and he mocked Ja on Instagram.
