Kanye West Explains How 'Famous' Broke Seven Year Writer's Block

The most controversial song on Kanye West's The Life Of Pablo is 'Famous', in which Ye' raps "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous."

While West claimed Swift pre-approved the lascivious line, Swift said she didn't.

'Ye spoke about 'Famous' during a show in the Philippines over the weekend. He explained that the backlash to the 2009 MTV VMAs -- during which he invaded the stage during Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video and declared Beyonce should have won -- put him into a deep funk.

"This is the song that broke the writer's block for me," West explained  "That night when I went on stage was the beginning of the end of my life. Lady GaGa cancelled the tour the next day. When I just said what everybody else is thinking."
Ye' comes off as a tad obsessed with Swift and her dark powers here.

He needs to learn how to get Swift's massive and perhaps unjustified popularity to work for him. Drake and Future never stage rushed Swift or stuck her on her back in bars, and they're getting a huge sales spike because the pop princess put their track 'Jumpman' in her new Apple Music ad.
